At a jobsite located at 8045 Colee Road, St. Augustine, FL: On or about August 14, 2025, unqualified employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that employees were authorized to work near an energized 2-phase 13.2kV overhead distribution powerline system where the employees could contact the power lines.
