29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift: a) 150 S. White Horse Pike, Hammonton, NJ - Employees tasked with conducting welding operations from a JLG aerial lift, approximately 15 feet above the ground, were not wearing a body belt and lanyard attached to the boom or basket, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 12, 2025. b) 150 S. White Horse Pike, Hammonton, NJ - An employee tasked with conducting welding operations from a Genie aerial lift, approximately 15 feet above the ground, was not wearing a body belt and lanyard attached to the boom or basket, thus exposing employee to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 12, 2025. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
