29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) - The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): Location - Apartment Building Roof On or about 08/08/2025, IGA General Construction Corp. as a controlling employer, did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. As a result, subcontractor employees from G&H Construction Inc were exposed to fall hazards which resulted in a fatality.
