29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):  Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder is used to gain access:  A) 76 Woodruff Avenue, Scarsdale, NY: An employees was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13-1/2 feet while using extension ladders to access the front roof. The extension ladder that was used, did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing, on or about, August 13th, 2025.
