29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 pounds per square inch (psi): Employees engaged in cleaning activities at the Tyson Trolley Building location at or near 5112 Dakota Ave - Dakota City, Nebraska 68731 were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure the compressed air lines the employees were using for cleaning was regulated to not exceed 30 psi. On or about August 13, 2025, it was documented that employee(s) were using compressed air exceeding 100 psi to clean debris from trolley parts exposing them to potential skin penetration and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: Employees engaged in maintenance activities at the Tyson Trolley Building location at or near 5112 Dakota Ave - Dakota City, Nebraska 68731 were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employer failed to ensure standard wiring for the air compressor was enclosed in conduit. It was documented that on or about August 13, 2025, the flexible conduit on the Worthington 230 V compressor was pulled back exposing the compressor's standard wiring to environmental conditions.
