29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: a) Worksite located at 800 John F. Kennedy Blvd West, Hudson, NJ 07087; Above "Garcia's Restaurant" establishment a) On or about 8/13/2025, the employer failed to provide fall protection to employees performing work activities including but not limited to making siding/gutter repairs. During such work operations, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 28 feet to the concrete sidewalk below.
