29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi):Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity). On or about August 12, 2025, at a residential construction site, an employee was performing masonry work from a fabricated frame scaffolding over ten feet high without a fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii). On or about August 12, 2025, at a residential construction site, an employee was performing masonry work more than 10 feet high from a scaffold that was not fully planked. OSCAR QUIRINO / DBA: OQ MASONRY, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1588989, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 17, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6032 SEGUIN COURT. IN PROVIDENCE VILLAGE, TX 76227.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1):When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access.
