29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On a job site located at 3043 W Vina Del Mar Blvd, St Pete Beach FL On 08-14-2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet 3 inches, in that, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized fall protection while they were installing a solar panels and conducting roof work on a one-story roof of a residential home.
