29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) On or about 08/13/2025, at the jobsite located at Lot 49, 1632 SE Blue Sky Place, Stuart, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 15-foot while adding cement to a ridge cap of a residential roof without being protected from falling.  b) On or about 08/13/2025, at the jobsite located at Lot 49, 1632 SE Blue Sky Place, Stuart, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 10-foot while adding cement to a ridge cap of a residential roof without being protected from falling.  Action Roofing Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1754002, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-18-2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 200.6 of the Verano Subdivision in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, 34983.  Action Roofing Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1777699, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04-14-2025, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 202 Lotus Edge Manor, Boca Raton, Florida, 33434.
