29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Worksite, Dental Clinic, Rm #3: On or about July 31, 2025, employees assisting a resident in a dental clinic was exposed to trip and fall hazards. The power cable to the dental rheostat (foot-controlled device) was loosely laid on the floor, at the operatory chair area, where employees walk and/or stand while assisting residents.
