29 CFR 1910.110(b)(6)(vi): Readily ignitable material such as weeds and long dry grass was not removed within 10 feet of any container. A.) Suburban Propane, 518 South Erie Street, Mercer PA, yard area, on or about 8/14/25 and times prior thereto: vegetation including weeds and grass was not cleared away from areas within 10-feet of liquified petroleum gas equipment. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
