29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: On or about August 14th, 2025, employees engaged in siding operations located at 2511 Teetor Way, Hastings, Nebraska 68901, were exposed to fall hazards in that an employee was observed standing on the mid rail of a mobile platform that was attached to JLG #2111. The employee was working at heights greater than 13 feet and was not wearing any fall protection.

The exposed employee was working at heights greater than 13 feet.
