1926.1153(g)(2) The employer shall review and evaluate the effectiveness of the written exposure control plan at least annually and update it as necessary. (a) On or about August 14, 2025, and at times prior, for employees exposed to respiratory hazards while engaged in pool resurfacing with handheld grinders for approximately eight hours at or near 150 Bradley Street in Fall River, Wisconsin. The employer had not ensured employees were fit tested for respirator use, provided medical evaluation, or developed a task specific exposure control plan.
