29 CFR 1926.251(a)(4): Special custom design lifting accessories for material handling were not marked to indicate the safe working load(s): a) Worksite: On or about August 12, 2025, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards in that they used a Warn 3700 DC winch rated at 3,700 pounds (per manual) to lift a 4,800 pound I beam truss and column brace structure into place. The winch was not marked for its working load.
