This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6' to ground level. This was documented on or about 08/07/2025.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: At a new residential worksite located at Lot 49 -- 16232 Giorgia St, Parkville MO -- employees were using an extension ladder to gain access to the roof. The ladder was positioned so that it was eave with a lower roof which the employees climbed onto then climbed onto the upper roof without a ladder. This exposed employees to fall hazards.
