29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. On or about August 14, 2025, and at times prior, on the production floor in the truss plant, employees were working on conveyor belts with unguarded sprockets and chains. a) The first roller assembly has 5 unguarded gear boxes. b) The second roller assembly has 5 unguarded gear boxes. c) The third roller assembly has 5 unguarded gear boxes.
