In the storage yard, located at 45417 Zidell Road, Callahan, FL: On or about May 15, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a crushed-by hazard, in that employees were not trained to understand and control the hazardous energy stored in the Terex TDS820 ECOTEC shredder while conducting conveyor belt replacement operations.
