29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 2200 South Bay Ave, Beach Haven NJ: Employees engaged in framing installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, roughly 25 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on a makeshift wood plank on the unprotected edge of the third-floor of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 08/19/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
