29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Garage: On or about August 20, 2025, where employees are using hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to Zerex Antifreeze Coolant, OSP 1505 Lacquer Thinner, and Autoclear HS+ LV 2 Pack Fast, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation prior to requiring the use of 3M 6300 half face respirators.
