29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) Worksite, Dock: On or about August 20, 2025, employees are required to walk through the dock area where there is a protruding metal strip that spans the width of the dock approximately 2 inches high. The employer did not maintain the walking working surface.
