29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Site: 1438 Gehr Place, North Bergen, NJ 07047. a). On or about August 20, 2025, the employer Dewcon, Inc. failed to ensure it's employees who was operating a 580N EP Backhoe Loader cutting concrete from a pre-existing excavation was trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Two employees were struck by the arm of the backhoe resulting head injuries.
