29 CFR  1926.555(a)(7): Conveyors were not locked out or otherwise rendered inoperable, and tagged out with a "Do Not Operate" tag during repairs and when operation was hazardous to employees performing maintenance work.   On or about August 14, 2025, at the exit of the asphalt drum, employees were performing maintenance operations at the entrance of the metal slat conveyor while the conveyor was not locked out or otherwise rendered inoperable.
