Energized extension cord secured to building's structure, over a pedestrian walkway, powering a vending machine on the other side. b) 200 West 7th Ave, Collegeville, ECM and Fab area rear exit door - Employees are performing work tasks in a shop area with flexible cords utilized for permanent wiring. Energized extension cord is run from a hallway between a door and frame, into another room to power a scale. c) 200 West 7th Ave, Collegeville, ECM and Fab area - Employees are performing work tasks in a shop area with flexible cords utilized for permanent wiring. An energized extension cord is secured to overhead building members and powers a machine that dispenses personal protective equipment.
