1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a. On or about August 20, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing commercial solar panel installation operations, nine (9') feet three (3") inches above the ground, were not provided retraining on fall protection when they did not have the requisite understanding, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
