29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws. (a) Maintenance Shop - On or about August 19, 2025, the employer failed to repair the broken strain relief on the power supply cord on the shop fan which allowed pull to the terminal screws on 120v electrical wire exposing employees to electrical hazards.
