29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) New residential construction located on 4411 Brick Tunnel St. Powder Springs Ga. 30127 Lot 64., Ground level: On or about August 19, 2025, the employer exposed employees to overhead struck-by hazards, in that wearing head protection was enforced while observed in the path of an operating crane during truss-setting activities.
