29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.   LOCATION: The worksite at 440 Granite Ave. Milton, MA  On or about August 20th the employees were unable to demonstrate or explain  how to correctly utilize or install the personal fall protection system that they had been provided.

The employer, True Brother Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1696892, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/19/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 15 High Street, Norwell, MA 02061.

The employer, True Brother Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1607288, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-09-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Summer St., Fitchburg, MA.
