29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i):When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: a) Jobsite: 14400 Townsend Rd, Philadelphia, PA - On or about August 19, 2025, the employer did not ensure the warning line used by employees installing a new roof on a commercial building was erected at least 6 feet from all points of the roof edge. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
