29 CFR 1910.145(f)(3):Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who were exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, equipment or operations which were out of the ordinary, unexpected or not readily displayed: a.) Treasure Lake, LP dba Zito Media - On or about 8/25/25 and at times prior thereto, a company truck with safety deficiencies that included, but were not limited to, a missing strobe light cover, broken bucket latch, and missing reflector, was still being driven by employees. The truck was not tagged and/or rendered inoperative. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
