29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not create or maintain a safety and health program to include, but not limited to, identification and control of hazards, training and education, and work safety rules and procedures to enable employees exposed to fall hazards to recognize and avoid unsafe conditions at the workplace: a) Jobsite located at 606 E. Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063: The employer did not initiate or maintain an accident prevention program to address the associated hazards that employees are exposed to during roofing activities, such as but not limited to fall hazards. Condition noted on or about August 25, 2025. Jim Miller Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709594, citation number 1, item number 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/24/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2438 Bryn Mawr Ave. Ardmore PA 19131.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Jobsite located at 606 E. Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting roofing activities on the roof of a three-story commercial building, approximately 35 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. Condition was observed on or about August 25, 2025. Jim Miller Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709594, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/24/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2438 Bryn Mawr Ave. Ardmore PA 19131.
