Cornue Woodworks, Inc., 3206 U.S. 20, Cazenovia, NY 13035, on or about 8/21/2025; the employer did not provide employees with the information contained in Appendix D of the Respiratory Protection Standard ("Information for Employees Using Respirators When Not Required Under the Standard"), when the employer permitted employees to use respirators including, but not limited to, N95 filtering facepiece respirator, 3M half-face elastomeric respirator, full-face elastomeric respirator (3M 6800), and 3M Versaflo TR-801N PAPR on a voluntary basis.   Abatement certification is required.
