29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(ii)(b): Complete inspections of the crane shall be performed at intervals of 1 to 12 months for detecting cracked or deformed members, worn or distorted parts, i.e.; pins bearing and shafts as well as excessive wear on brakes. (a) Location - Jobsite On or about 08/26/2025, employees were exposed to struck by hazards with cranes that were not inspected on a frequent or periodic schedule.
