Each employer shall be responsible for the safe condition of tools and equipment used by employees, including tools and equipment which may be furnished by employees.  On or about August 19, 2025, at an establishment located at N7480 County Road UU, in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, in the V12 Gearcase Assembly Area, employees conducting deburring activities inside the gearcase on the drive gear and driven gear utilizing a Cleco battery operated nutrunner, CTBAW503, were exposed to caught-in hazards created by the drive and driven gears.
