29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) Imperial Art Painting, LLC - 1002 St Georges Ave, Avenel, NJ 07001 On or about August 25, 2025, an employee was painting the exterior side of a commercial building while standing on the roof without a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in place. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of more than six feet.
