29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) Line 4; Production Area: On or about August 21, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn hazards, in that the employer did not provide proper hand protection while employees were required to handle uncapped or spilled bottles containing corrosive chemicals during the filling and capping process.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Line 4; Production Area: On or about August 21, 2025, and at times prior, the employer did not fully document its training to employees on the hazards of chemicals such as but not limited to pristine bowl cleaner containing hydrochloric acid and ammonia and the protective measures to be taken in event of a chemical spill or exposure.
