29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) Lot 22 Reusch Cir., New Castle, DE 19720: On or about August 26, 2025, employees were observed performing siding installation work on a two-story residential structure at an elevation of approximately 10 feet 6 inches above grade. The employees were working on scaffold platforms that did not have guardrail systems installed along all open sides and ends, as required exposing workers to potential fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. a) Lot 22 Reusch Cir., New Castle, DE 19720 (Pumpjack Scaffold): On or about August 26, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that the poles of a pumpjack scaffold were secured to the structure as required. Employees used unsecured scaffolds that were erected on uneven dirt surfaces without the use of rigid triangular bracing at bottom.
