29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. 4094 Regiment Blvd. Enola PA 17025 - On or about August 27, 2025, employees were performing residential roofing work, approximately 18 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Rodriguez Roofing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1810286, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 2, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Lenape Court, Mount Laurel NJ 08054.
