29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On August 25, 2025, employees worked above and nearby discarded materials and wood with protruding nails. It had been piled in front of the temporary power box, on the side of the home, and in front of the garage.
