29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about August 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun weas not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a.  On or about August 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working on an extension ladder, below carpentry activities, was not wearing a hard hat to protect against falling materials and debris.  Dynamic Construction Concepts, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533416, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August  27, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4051 Lot 14 Clow Creek, Naperville, IL.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  On or about August 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite,  an employee performing residential carpentry operations, at approximately thirty (30) feet above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about August 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, at approximately twenty-five (25) feet above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  c.  On or about August 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, at approximately thirteen (13) feet  four (4) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  Dynamic Construction Concepts, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688948, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1062 Livingston Street Lot 4, Highland Park, IL 60035.  Dynamic Construction Concepts, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533416, citation number 2 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August  27, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4051 Lot 14 Clow Creek, Naperville, IL.
