Location: 2521 Cranberry Highway, Wareham, MA 02571 On or about August 27, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while dismantling a carpenter bracket scaffold without being trained and supervised by a competent person in the hazards associated with dismantling a scaffold.
