This trailer mover is attached to the quick coupler of the forklift and is used to move Recreational Vehicles (RV), to and from the parking lot.

The forklift was not appropriately marked to identify the new load data when the trailer mover was utilized, thus exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
