1926.21(b)(2) The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) On or about August 25,2025, at the first floor bathroom area (Room 1-1607), on the east side of the building under construction: employees were exposed to amputation hazards while cutting steel screws with a Milwaukee M18 FUEL Deep Cut Band Saw (Employer No. SIG 4881) Band Saw that was not properly guarded.
