29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). Location: Job site; On or about 08/28/2025, the controlling employer did not ensure frequent and regular inspections of the job site by a competent person. As a result, subcontractor employees were permitted to perform siding work from Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffolds that had unmitigated fall and electrical hazards.
