29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On the roof, located at 1025 Grandy Dancer, Richmond Hill, GA, on or about August 26, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection for employees performing framing work, on a commercial office building, at a height of 25 feet with a pitch of 6:12.
