29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about August 28, 2025, employees conducting roofing activities on a residential structure to include tear-off,  and shingle installation on a 6:12 pitch roof, were not protected from falling to the lower level by a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately  8.7 feet at the eave, and approximately 16.6 feet at the gabled end of the ridge.  Rooster Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1775185 citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 2526 E Honeysuckle Drive, Oak Creek, WI. 53154.
