29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 780 Woodlane Rd, Westampton, NJ - The employer did not provide a fall protection system for the employees conducting roofing operations on a commercial steep roof, 5:12 pitch, thus exposing employees to 10 to 20 foot fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 28, 2025. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
