29 CFR 1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On August 28, 2025, scrap lumber, cords, and tools created tripping hazards for employees who performed framing activities. There was no clear walkway around the home.
