Snow Wolf Lane, Star, ID 83669: On or about August 28, 2025, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet while performing framing activities on a 5:12 sloped roof.

29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii):Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck: (a) On or about August 28, 2025, an employee rode on a stack of wood sheathing carried on the forks of a Genie Telehandler, model GTH1056, serial number GTH1013-17719, while it was being driven and then lifted to the peak of a roof. The employee was exposed to falls up to 20 feet and the hazard of being thrown or falling from the telehandler as it moved.
