OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards in case of a rollover:   a) On August 26, 2025, and at times prior to, an employee operated a Kubota L3301 HST Tractor (Serial Number KBUL4AHRAKJK79824) with a LA525 loader attachment and a Land Pride AG1572 arena grader.  The employee was engaged in grading/raking arenas and traveling between arenas including on a sloped gravel road.   The roll over protective structure (ROPS) was in the folded (i.e., down) position and seat belt was not used.  Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
