29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: a) at 1122 Del Prado Boulevard South Cape Coral, Florida, on or about August 28, 2025, an Assistant General Manager was exposed to noise dose levels at 225.3% of the allowable 8-hour TWA-Action Limit (85 dBA). The equivalent dBA level of 225.3% is 91.2 dBA. The sampling was performed for 456 minutes during one shift on February 12, 2026. b) at 1122 Del Prado Boulevard South Cape Coral, Florida, on or about August 28, 2025, a Range Safety Officer was exposed to noise dose levels at 285.5% of the allowable 8-hour TWA-Action Limit (85 dBA). The equivalent dBA level of 285.5% is 92.9 dBA. The sampling was performed for 456 minutes during one shift on February 12, 2026. c) at 1122 Del Prado Boulevard South Cape Coral, Florida, on or about August 28, 2025, a Range Safety Officer was exposed to noise dose levels at 176.9% of the allowable 8-hour TWA-Action Limit (85 dBA). The equivalent dBA level of 176.9% is 94.5 dBA. The sampling was performed for 452 minutes during one shift on February 12, 2026. d) at 1122 Del Prado Boulevard South Cape Coral, Florida, on or about August 28, 2025, a Range Safety Officer was exposed to noise dose levels at 192.8% of the allowable 8-hour TWA-Action Limit (85 dBA). The equivalent dBA level of 192.8% is 95.1 dBA. The sampling was performed for 455 minutes during one shift on February 12, 2026.
